In brief, the bulb will have a blue color in the night and switch to yellow in the morning (7.30am in our case). When our kid sees that when he woke up the bulb is still blue, he would lie in his bed. Hard to believe, but read the feedback on Grow Clock – all it takes a week or so of training.
